Alicia Harding: The Yoke Hold

The Yoke Hold: Basically you hold the opponent up in the air with their leg over your shoulders like a "yoke," also known as a carrying pole, which applies great pressure on the knee and pelvic region. The move can be turned into a finisher slam by either a hard drop to the ground from that position OR for more physically powerful wrestlers the move is finished by swinging the opponent clear over them using their own leg as leverage and slamming them smack on their rear ends! A devastating move to say the least! Of course it looks like Alicia has taken advantage of the referee not looking and is holding down on Victoria's hair with her foot! Oh illegal move! Gotta love the mayhem!
